Return & Exchange Policy – Marble Décor Products
Products are shown as accurately as possible on Tatsya. We do not, however, guarantee that the product description or any other content is correct, full, dependable, up to date, or error-free. Your can get in touch with Tatsya within 48 hours of receiving the product if it is not what was advertised.
We take great care in handcrafting and packing our premium marble décor items. Each piece is unique, with natural variations in stone color, veins, or minor texture marks—these are not defects but part of the beauty of natural marble.
Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Returns: Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was shipped.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the fragile and heavy nature of marble products, we do not accept returns for minor variations, change of mind, or after the product has been used.

Notification Window: Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there is any issue, along with unboxing pictures/videos as proof.

Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Breakage or Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Without timely proof, we will be unable to process claims.
Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
COLOUR DIFFERENCE
Since Tatsya is a handcrafted product brand, there may be a 10%–15% variation in color or finish from what you have seen on screen. Only the color that was ordered may be sent back or exchanged if you receive a different color.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Certain orders that have been legitimately placed may occasionally not be able to be processed or shipped due to unforeseen situations. For any reason, Tatsya has the exclusive right to reject or cancel any order. Limitations on quantities available for purchase, flaws or inconsistencies in product or pricing information, issues found by our credit and fraud avoidance department, or any defect with the product's quality are some circumstances that could lead to the cancellation of your order. Before approving any order, we may additionally need more information or confirmations. If your order is canceled in whole or in part, or if further information is needed to process it, we will get in touch with you. Should your purchase be canceled after.
EXCHANGE
Only if your purchase satisfies the following requirements is it eligible for exchange:
• The product that was sent to you is incorrect; that is, it does not match the item that was included in the email confirming the order.
• If there is a real manufacturing or quality flaw in the product you get. As soon as you open the packing, please take a picture and document any damage or manufacturing defects you believe the goods to have.
• Discounted products cannot be exchanged or returned unless the customer received a defective or incorrect item. Refunds and exchanges are only handled after the sale is concluded.
• The item or items that are being replaced need to be in its original packaging and be in a brand-new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged state.
• Any item that is required to be exchanged must be sent in the same packaging as received by you.
• We do not accept return or exchange in case of any customized product.

Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
